It's the Wald Method according to wikipedia.

So
>0.54 - 1.96 * sqrt 0.54 * 0.46 / 1067
>0.54 + 1.96 * sqrt 0.54 * 0.46 / 1067

Answer is (0.51, 0.56) right?
