breakfast: coffee/tea, 3 scrambled eggs, sometimes with sausage. maybe just french toast and coffee/tea
lunch: coffee/tea plus some snack or chocolate. breakfast overlaps with lunch for me, so i don't feel all that hungry until dinner time
dinner: whatever my mom cooks (usually something fried, like chicken, fish, steak, springrolls, fried rice, beef stirfry) plus rice if it's meat. sometimes my dad brings me something like sushi or pizza
midnight: if i'm still hungry, i go with cereal and milk, canned lentil soup or leftovers from dinner
