I have this strange problem with PC recently. I use Windows 7 and instead of turning computer off, I hibernate it so I can start it a bit faster (no SSD yet so it really saves the time). But a few weeks ago I experienced the following for the first time: sometimes after starting Windows from hibernation I can't load any websites (entire internet connection seems to be broken, though no relevant notifications are being shown), searching apps in menu start search just doesn't work (no results are being shown no matter how long I wait), and I also can't run any applications other than these already running (ie. if I left music player running and hibernated Windows, I can still listen to music after turning PC on, but I can't maky any non-running apps working). Ctrl+alt+delete just does nothing. Browsing folders with explorer causes it to hang soon after I start changing directories. I can't even turn off computer or restart it from Windows' shutting down submenu in menu start, the PC just stays as it is. It doesn't happen every time I start PC from hibernation, but it's still frustrating, since I have to restart it manually. After that, everything's back to normal - until it breaks down after another start from hibernation, that is.
What could it be? A virus? My antivirus picks nothing, maybe I should re-scan entire PC (which would take ages in my case)? I just don't have any idea.
