Hello I have come here with a technical issue, its not easy to explain but I'll try my best.
After using this guide to debloat my pc it sometimes has small problems that get fixed when I reboot but they're extremely annoying and I don't know how to fix it. Also once my PC gets into this state it doesn't go back and requires me to restart.
The problems are:
1.
Keyboard doesn't listen/type, when I try to type it just doesn't work (not an problem with the keyboard I've multiple keyboards and they all get the same problem

When I open chrome and try to use my bookmarks it opens them in a new tab instead of the same tab so for example it will go from new tab>youtube instead of replacing the tab with youtube it will open another tab for it.
3.
Taskbar shortcuts don't work for example when I click on chrome its supposed to open chrome and when I click it again its supposed to minimize but what it does is it keeps on opening new tabs of chrome instead of minimizing and keeping it to one tab
