OP, I'd recommend adding Venus Wars to your list - no walking mechs, but plenty of interesting mechanical design and a similar feel with urban battles.
You might consider the Ghost in the Shell franchise too - mecha isn't the focus, but there's a fair number of urban warfare bits with legged war machines sprinkled in throughout.
