That's pretty funny, goomber. You can try rooting the device and installing a shell, a commandline. You then run the commandline with admin/superuser privileges and type

if you don't want to mess with the goomband line you can grant root access (read admin privileges) to your file manager and try to delete it again from there. But in order to get there, you'll need to root your device and if you haven't done that before it will take an hour or two so make time for that.
Your first step is looking up "HOW TO ROOT [DEVICE]"
