Basically I imagine a security guard sleeping with his hat pulled down over his eyes, all the monitors off, and just generally nothing going on. The caption should read "Quantum suicide watch." Just a one-panel comic is all. I don't think it's too critical to even get all the details I've mentioned so long as the theme of "not actually watching" is apparent.
