I'm trying to make some kind of smooth background tune that's easy on the ears. to start, i wanted to replicate the sounds of the melody of this song

if i had single notes i could try load them up in fl studio and try to replicate the waveform but they seems like chords with multiple notes and there is also some bass loop that makes it even harder.
I tried with the serum plugin to mix up some waves but it's pretty hard to not have ear piercing sounds on the higher notes. any tips/guides to get closer to what i want?
