>>336604Bleach is pretty mediocre. It starts off good for the first two arcs or so, but then becomes less and less interesting as it goes on.
Hunter x Hunter, if you're thinking of watching the 2011 anime, definitely go for it. It's fantastic. It's 148 episodes and it builds up to some amazing arcs with great characters and interesting powers/abilities. There are also only two filler episodes which are recaps early on. The rest is all story, so you won't have to worry about that.
Baccano
Cowboy Bebop
Samurai Champloo
Space Dandy
Sword of the Stranger
Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood (Has kid protagonists, but they're more adult than a lot of other child protagonists.)
Vampire D: Bloodlust
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (Start with the 2012 anime, then Stardust Crusaders, then Diamond Is Unbreakable. The beginning of the the 2012 anime is a little rough, but stick with it until the second part and I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Maybe.)
Katanagatari (Pretty wordy, don't know if it's exactly what you want, but it's good stuff.)
Redline
Ghost in the Shell (Original movie and Stand Alone Complex. They don't really have adventure, but they're great anime.)
Anyway, I'm lazy and stuff, so I'll also include a chart.
