>>1453917>Why can't you walk around the block?Honestly? My block is fairly big. What I have done is take a walk with my family to about halfway around the corner of one end and then go back. We live in the middle, so it makes it a half-block journey.
I do also walk around in the backyard somewhat often. And we have a WIP garden that's doing pretty good, so I do get to see things that are diverse, interesting, and that I can interact with.
>>1453924>where/how did you find your resources?Searching stuff online, but most of the detailed medical stuff has come from my physician who has a big focus on clinical neuroscience. It really helps if you have someone who knows what they're doing, because there's so much that's relative and has to be dealt with on a case by case basis.
>suggestionsThanks for those. I've tried doing a bitnof a card game called "Set" where you try to match things based on commonalities or differences (I took this pic to show an example). But, I can feel my brain straining when searching for patterns, so it's not the most calming. Lol Still lower stress than others.
