>>1213512Not that guy with elitist install methods for these commands you type. I did the quick and dirty install as described in this thread for both yt-dlp and ffmpeg and it all works perfectly for me.
I think you don't need to worry because if you installed it the dirty way, when you type the yt-dlp program name, it will look first for the program in the /windows folder. Since it finds it right away, there shouldn't be a conflict with youtube-dl.
yt-dlp works to download twitter videos too. I just save the video URL from a twitter convo then use yt-dlp -F put-URL-here and that shows all the variants available. No conflict with youtube-dl. I then download the best version by using yt-dlp -f "bv*+ba/b" put-URL-here and it works fast. No problem conflicting with youtube-dl.
