Like a year ago (a little less) on r/cursedimages (inb4 redditfag), someone posted a good one with with name that went something like "cursed_poopstickle".

The image was actually composed of 3 vertically alinged ones, one after another.
The first one was sth like "old man shitting in some sort of.. condom?",
the second one was a full of his shit in it and the third one was that man eating one of those.. poopstickles?
The room where he was was dark with some light just to see all that shit.
And the last thing I remember about it was that the mod that rated images said sth like "If a god exists, he or she is dead now"
