>On the right of that menu there should be a grey bar with an arrow pointing up right above it. Left click that grey bar and hold the left click.
>Move your mouse down slowly. Skim through whatever is moving on the menu until you see the following word
Steam
>Once you see that word let go of the left click
>Move your mouse over to the word Steam.
>Left click two times quickly. (You may practice left clicking two times quickly on a blank spot on your desktop).
>A new window will appear.
>On the bottom of that window there will be a button with the following text
