I have a folder from years ago when I used to slipstream the updates manually into my Windows 7 isos and did it up until that telemetry shit happened and I ended up with a folder of telemetry related updates to exclusively leave out while I integrated all the other ones.
The update you're referring to isn't in my folder (matter of fact I don't have that update at all in my updates), but there is one that ends in 1917 that I told myself to avoid.
Not sure how much this helps. I guess you can just look up that update and see what it was for?
