I can only provide one piece of advice for you in your search - you should look for devices with the strongest CPUs and RAM for video editing. I would not suggest going for i3s or anything under 8GB of memory. 16GB would be great, but that's probably out of your budget. It would be nice if you listed prices for each model and specific CPU information so other anons can help you decide. Do you have any external drives? Video files can be really big, so 128/256GB of storage can run out rather quickly.
