I'm looking for this music album, electronic music, french, black and white album, a track or more contain french dialog, and even the artist's name sounded french but i'm not sure about that.

Hey guys, i made a thread about this about his before but i remember not getting any correct responses, so i'm trying again, with perhaps more details.

I'm looking for an album, some kind of surreal artsy-fartsy electronic music album. I remember the album cover being in black and white and having a baby pushchair in it.
Also some of the tracks contain french dialogue.

I don't know why, but recently I've been haunted by the thought of this album i listened to a long while ago.

All iremember is that it's some kind of electro and the first track is two guys talking in french. and there's a track called "I've got a woman" or at least it's the refrain.

I also think the cover was black and white and very simplstic.
