I was restarting to use the other OS but mistakenly pressed UEFI Firmware on Grub since its a laggy piece shit for some reason ever since i upgraded my monitor to a 1440p one. After restarting and repeating this, i saw smoke rising from the front of the case, immediately tried to close the PC
>it restrarted
so i disconnected the power plug. After inspecting the computer(Thanks AM4 for becoming one with the cooler and coming off the mobo with one smooth motion) i realized the HD/RC97 wire had a funny burn on it on the front end and the DVD reader below it had some sort of gunk.

I recently updated my rig from a 1060 to a 5060 Ti which uses a 8 Pin instead of 6, since my cooler master PSU from 5 years ago didn't have a 8 pin connector, i used a 6+2 pin which gave a value of
>~2.7 V on the 3.3 volts
I then changed the PCI-E 6+2 to a less bendy one which gave around
>~2.9 V
it seemed a little sketchy so i reinstalled the old 1060 after the I/O fire.
>~3.28 V
Is PSU shidding itself
>Cooler Master MWE 600W
5 years old

Computer also fried one of it's NVMe slots a few months ago under peak heatwave since the SSDs didn't come with screws which i didn't buy at the time.
