>>157331That's the problem a few people had with it. There's actually a death flag that you raise at the beginning of the game if you do decide to do anything bad to her. But after you save her, if you deny her when she asks for sex for too long, she eventually has sex with you in your sleep.
Besides that though, you can take her out for pancakes and other food, buy her clothes, go into town with her, or explore a nearby forest.
Despite the inevitable sex every 30 or so in-game days, you can choose to just give her headpats and buy her pancakes every day still.
