For me, Tylor had me laughing for 10 seconds straight during the crescendo of episode 4 and I'll always love it for that. It has a lot of tropes I really love too such as lucky idiots, underestimated protags and turnabouts. It was just entertaining to see how this plucky crew lead by an inexperienced idiot turned into something the enemy seemingly feared.
Kaiji was just a fantastic thriller that keeps you on the edge of your seat as you wonder how Kaiji is going to get out of the situation he's in, and the satisfaction you feel when you see him figure out something and apply it is really sweet. I'd say it also has similar tropes to with its underestimated protags and turnabouts.
