I had to reboot my computer today, and I found that without asking permission, Windows downloaded Windows 11 and now is permanently showing a message that a restart is pending to apply the upgrade. How can I stop the upgrade before restarting? I searched the internet but can't find a proper answer, all I see is Microsoft employees and shills saying "noon that doesn't happen ever it always asks for permission bruh".
I tried to delete the files in SoftwareDistribution but I can't since they're currently in use by the system
