I work in an IT office, we manage some stuff at some domains, we don't create the domains nor maintain the servers because another office does that.
I get a call from the director, he says one of the sites isn't working, so I check the site and seems to be working perfectly, then he sends me a picture about how it doesn't work in his PC. But hes clearly mistyping the site domain (duplicating a letter in the name).
He insists that's the way he has been accessing the site, but we never managed the domain written that way.
How do I demonstrate to him that domain never existed?
Or in which way can I give him a satisfactory answer because he doesn't want to admit his mistake?
