I'd say most of these are a mix of action, comedy, drama and thriller with some (Air Gear, Index, Space Dandy) being more comedy and action, others being more serious like Monster and One Outs, and some having a decent mix of it all like Lupin and Dennou Coil. Although Level E is straight comedy.

Also, some older things you might enjoy despite their age.

Outlaw Star

All of these I consider an 8/10 or higher personally, with Tylor being a favourite of mine. All are a good mix of comedy, action, adventure, thriller and drama. Some more than others for sure.

Adventure anime about a young inventor falling in love with a mysterious dark skinned girl in France and traveling the world to learn the secret of her necklace, all while being chased by Team Rocket esque bad guys. Has some comedy moments, and a pretty decent dub.

Romance anime about a young judo prodigy who hates Judo and wants to live life as a normal teenage girl, catching the eye of a rich Judo teacher and a poor sports magazine reporter, both attempt to win her heart as she tries her hardest to avoid Judo despite her Grandfather forcing her to participate. Good comedic elements, mostly sports related though.

While not comedic, it is pretty much a fantastic shojo romance anime (even if it doesn't feel like it). Revolves around a young girl being forced to take a male role in pre-revolution France and having to be the guard to Marie Antoinette over the years. Her only friend being a young boy named Andre who she has known since childhood and treats as an equal, however unknown to her he has feelings for her.
