I'm looking for this one episode of an anime where the main character (male) is feeling down about something, but then he runs into this shy quiet kid (also male) from his class and they go watch trains together and visit a bunch of different places and the main character ends up having a lot of fun. Maybe it could have been a subplot in a movie but I'm pretty sure it was a self contained episode of a full series.
