/g/ has one and since anons here are pretty strict when it comes to recommendation threads it could probably have something along the lines of series you have to watch and read, torrenting and "properly watching" anime. Yeah it sounds retarded but would be interesting to see if it is worthwhile. It would be a sticky also. Recommendation threads wouldn't be an issue alongside other non-shitpost low quality posts.
