Anyone know the name of this somewhat recent anime that had a simplistic art style and animation, mostly sketchy looking and black and white, and the content was about interviews with certain people. I'm pretty sure in the first episode it was an interview of a hostess or something, and it included her doing this dance where it looked like she was hopping on one foot and doing a handjob like motion with one arm. The dance itself became a meme I think.
It aired somewhat recently (my best guess is fall 2018) and I tried looking on airing charts but can't locate it.
