I don't know how to do it. I googled around, and I found some tutorials of quartic eqautions, but this problem does not have the form of a quartic so I'm lost right now.
For context, I have to convert this set builder notation to roster.
F = {x | (x^2+16x)^2=17^2 So far I found one zero/root which was one.
