"Addicted to Curry" is a completed manga series which has chapters or small sets of chapters written as if they were almost standalone plots. There is a common theme tying them all together to advance the overall plot, but the first 11 volumes of the manga do feel like each volume is a collection of almost standalone "episodic chapters".
The main standout feature of this manga is the illustrated curry recipe of the curry item that the MC created in that chapter. If you like curry, you might try some of the simplified recipes.
