Whats wrong with my pc

My pc was working just fine but when I tried to turn it off nothing would happen, so I unplugged it and tried to turn it on but nothing would happen. I tried the paper clip test and my power supply would make a bit of noise so I know it's working. I don't know what the issue could be. Is something wrong with my motherboard? What would have messed it up.

I plugged in an usb drive to download a game. But then I decided to download the game on my hard drive and unzip it to my usb drive. I left after starting the download and when I came back my P.F. was running but my tv wasn’t receiving a signal. I tried to shut my pc down but it wouldn’t work so I unplugged it. I waited an hour and tried turning it on but nothing happened. I took the case off but everything seems to be plugged in. What’s the problem /g/
