There was a scene in a Simpsons episode that I recreated in pic related. Someone took that scene and made it into a painting. The aesthetic of the painting is very similar to the Bert painting. Very dramatic, done on canvas, and was cropped so you could only see the painting (you couldn't see the canvas' edges or anything in the back, just the painting.)
