ok so I managed to get the webm I wanted and I'm happy with it but the file size is 5mb I can't post it on 4chan
Is there something I can add to my original command to lower the size? I assume I have to set the bitrate to something other than the default but to be honest I am completely clueless about video encoding. I just want to make some clips to post on 4chan. I'm not too concerned about the quality as long as it is serviceable.
I don't even know what bitrate is really.
