>>1278143so here's a thing, i find discord is like a replacement for MSN, however they have added "servers" which as you say, take the place of forums, but what i don't like is that they are closed off, right? it's like a private forum that no one else can see or access, so loads of data/photos/information is just lost to the void. no one can access it but the server members, which further disconnects and isolates people. so although it's a replacement for MSN, you know where I'd meet people to speak to on MSN? forums. So it actually isolates people more, so rather than "refined", I'd say "reduced".
