Monitor/TV recommendation?

I was wondering what a good tv/monitor combo would be, I was looking for something for light tv watching and for gaming in my dorm. I looked at reviews and the Acer H236HL seemed to fit a lot of things I wanted, since I was looking for small edges, led, 1080p, and at least one HDMI in. It lacked speakers, but I figured I could spend the ~ $45 on a set for it. I plan on using it for TV, YouTube, and for gaming on my 360 and laptop.
My budget is <$170 and I'm looking for something in the 22"-24" range since that's the size I have at work and it seems to be the right size for what I'm using it for.

I deleted my themes folder on windows 10.
