Pedophilia is much more complicated beyond "raping kids" - it's no different than any other sexuality, you don't call heterosexual a rapist.
A lot of rapists that hurt kids are actually confirmed to not be diagnosed with actual pedophilia, it's just an easy target for dominance - that's what drives those people.
Whenever people like it or not, you will have to continue to exist on this weird grey border - instead of screaming at pedophiles for "ruining" your hobby read up some resources about it.
