I just installed Linux Mint, wi-fi doesn't work and says "No network device available".
I'm guessing it's a driver/firmware problem. Last time i installed windows 10 on this computer i had to manually install an intel wifi driver. it's probably the same here.
except it's linux and i have no idea wtf is going on.
I tried getting my firmware from
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005511/wireless.html , got the correct one, then threw it into /lib/firmware/. restarted and still doesn't work.
Please help linux master race
