It's a ThinkPad T420 but it has been modified with some kind of graphics processor and faster memory.
It came with Windows 10 and all the drivers pre-installed but I reformatted with Windows 7.
The drivers I used on my old T420 don't work and the screen resolution is still weird.

I guess here https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/?

I'm assuming when you download the green button it auto checks your computer.

Windows handles driver updates including graphics drivers. Unless you need the absolute latest GPU driver the second it's released, you can just rely on windows update and you won't be more than a week or so behind.
