Some Japanese artists just delete their accounts with all of their works for one reason or another, usually bullying/mean comments, which is unfortunate. Others create a new account on a different platform afterward.
Don't know if either of those things is the case for this artist, of course. Hopefully someone that knows more or is willing to do more searching comes along. This artist's stuff looks good.

I tried searching different sizes for a couple of their pictures, can't find any actual account of theirs out there. Nothing has been archived...
I hope that they just deleted everything and created completely new accounts from scratch and not left the internet, stopped drawing, or worse.

I don't know, this person draws very sfw things. They are really lenient in the east too, you could have made hentai or even pornography and you'll get welcomed no questions asked for most jobs (maybe not sanrio).
