Tell us where are you from, it might be so that your country simply doesn't care. Finland, Balcan and slavic countries and the whole Asia+ Africa+ South America are pirate zones. Im from Balcans and torrent without any privacy jizzjazz and have gotten no letters or warnings. Just don't dl newest movies.

Germany, only want to download Japanese dub movies/anime to learn the language.
From what I've heard, they do crack down on it a bit with newer movies/games/whatever, like you said.

To clarify, I'm not interested in those, mostly Ghibli and stuff like Hunter x Hunter/Naruto/One Piece etc.
