Either way, OP's likely shit out of luck for getting the entire Gundam franchise, even if one were to subscribe to every platform possible, and should just torrent.

If you are lucky, you might be able to catch something on the gundam.info Youtube channel when they decide to make one of their UC series or movies available. Expect the usual licensing issues such as not having the original opening songs for Zeta Gundam and the like.

You can buy the blurays if you'd like, gundam is a cultural phenomena and it is run by sunrise, I doubt they won't be up on amazon.
If you want to watch all of them online some of them would be on crunchy, some of them will be on netflix, maybe funimation... I don't think anything else will have them.

Just a note
While it is honorable wanting to properly watch legally the works that you love sunrise is one of the richest companies in japan and really couldn't care less about how you watch their shows, they will make money either way.
If I were you and I'd want to watch gundam and show them some support I'd probably torrent all of them, buy a gunpla, build it really good and post it online.
