Please /wsr/, please, please, recomend me great animes. I'm looking for the creme de la creme on animation. That is smooth flowing animation and great fucking arte. I don't want the okay or nice. I want the best of the best. No matter if it's movies or series, I just want minblowing great animation

I highly, highly recommend this one. It’s bizarre, fun, and comfy. Each episode sort of leaves you feeling good, even some of the more intense ones.

These might not necessarily be good anime but they are supposed to have good animation (which comes with a big budget)
some of the older anime are in here even though technology has improved since then because they were beasts at their release

kaguya sama, evangelion, handshakers, ajin, psycho pass and shingeki no bahamut aren't particularly notable for their animation besides maybe a couple scenes, and neither are unlimited blade works series. you're also parroting the 'budget = good animation' meme which is completely false. other than that good list

evangelion is one of my favorites so I am biased and also some of the visuals in the later half are actually really good
shingeki bo bahamut is the budget=good animation meme
kaguya sama only for chika dance and op , and final episode ending
ajin felt like it had good animation for 3d
same for handshakers
psycho pass felt good to me back when I watched it but I agree not creme de la creme on rewatching just some scenes rn

also its true big budget ≠ good animation but it increases the chance of it being good

I'll agree evangelion has some great moments especially in EoE which is a lot more consistent but I dunno if OP would really want to sit through a twenty episode series to get to it. although it does have great cinematography and looks beautiful but they asked for good animation. also hand shakers? really? that looks like utter dogshit, you could have at least said houseki no kun or something, at least that show looks competent. how is this well animated?
