If you don't mind 3DCG OP, the one in BBKBRNK is fantastic. It's pushing boundaries on cell-shaded 3DCG.

They're the vanguard of cell shading in anime, researching and improving 2D-looking 3DCG from show to show.
Oh, also, about BBKBRNK, it should be noted how Trigger had a hand in a lot of the ambient effects. Looks great.
If you absolutely hate 3DCG, you'll despise BBKBRNK. But if you look beyond the fact it's 3DCG because you're not retarded, you'll love its amazing 3D animation, its characters, story, world building and direction.
