I'm curious about stories where the villian wins and I want to look into them and how the readers/watchers reacted. Most stories with heros and villians end with the hero winning, but does anyone know any stories where the villian wins? And what did you think about it.
Especially stories where it comes out of the blue, like the hero should have won but suddenly the villian wins.

I have barely seen any stories like this so I am curious.
