I was doing this for a while, but they keep updating their website and it honestly just makes the rest of the website unusable because it will block other unrelated things.

then you should use Inspect Element and apply specific CSS patterns with Stylus. that's the only way to make the effect exact.

I don't know anything about computers or etsy, but have you tried using incognito mode to buy stuff? this might not work because I've never done it, I haven't used any sites that display my purchases for the world to see
other than that maybe there is a setting to turn that off?

you can still sign in to things in incognito mode
its just that I thought that incognito blocked search history so maybe if etsy used the history to display the things it might block it
it is unlikely, but I don't think it's impossible, like when I use pixiv my search results never show up despite pixiv's search history being different from google's search history
