GIMP can do it. The way it handles animated gifs is each frame is just another layer, so you just open every image as a new layer (and position/resize it). In the export just set a global frame delay and you're done.

Find a different way to make a slideshow, animated gif is not what you want. Also, the resulting file would be *huge* given 50 images of the resolutions you're posting. If you can't find a way to string the individual files together into a slideshow or it absolutely has to be a single file you probably want something with compression (gif is lossless).
