i found that in View > Page Navigation > Previous View

it might not work if you have a scan of a printed book, but it worked when i tried it with a typed article
try clicking on the Selection Tool (looks like mouse cursor) before going full screen

Any idea why upon restarting Adobe Reader it restores all the documents, but all are on the first page? I would like for it to remember at what page I had left off

Edit > Preferences > Documents > Restore last view settings when reopening documents
