What kind of anxiety is plaguing you, fren?
as a man with a restless mind I can give you vague ideas of what works for me, but I feel as if that is tailored for my own problems.

I have no anxiety when being with people, in fact it goes away.
But I need to be alone so I can study and do my research.
However, being alone I have a lot of anxiety. I wish I could end that.

I like Berserk and Gurren Lagann. As a hobby I like maths, programming and playing guitar.
Before the quarantine I used to explore rural places or abandoned structures. I always went alone to visit these places and when I made sure they were safe, I invited friends to join me and gave them a Tour.
But I can't do that anymore because of the quarantine. Also because I fought with many of that friends.
