I've been looking for a movie for a decade, here are the details
>Probably early to mid 2000s
>English or at the very least made in the uk (maybe welsh?)
>Takes place in a small town looking like pic related
>In my memory, the plot resolves around a group of small time thugs coming back to said town, trying to take revenge against another group of thugs
>Fairly violent
>At some point, a character fights for his life with some attack dog in a small street

I thought i finally found it with Dead Man’s Shoes, but while it's fairly similar in its tone i'm sure it's another movie
