When it comes to saturation, when you're dehydrated your piss contains mostly the "pissing smelly bits", no fucking idea what they're called scientifically, so the more of a yellow/orange tinge it has the more potent it is.
>how long?Depends on the amount of rain you get and how well drainage works around the places you're going to spill it around, if the rain washes it away quickly, don't expect much, but if it's not that well drained or there's no rain, almost indefinite (months probably or more).
