If someone has a 4chan pass and decides to give himself a username for example "apple". Can someone else who has the 4chan pass use the name "apple" aswell as his username and post on the same board?

Yes, there can be two "apples" but the tripcode after each one will be different. That being said, don't make a username on this website. What makes it good is that it is anonymous. Tripfags ruin that with attention-whoring.

Everyone can give himself a username as you can see, that's pass-independent. A pass just allows you to pass the Captcha and gives you a shiny icon next to the post head.
As for if it is possible, well try it, try posting using the same name I used and see.
But I think it's possible, that's what tripcodes are there for, so other users can't impersonate you.

A tripcode is that text string that you can make appear after your name which is hashed using a password, since only you know the password only you have the same string along all your posts. You add them by adding a "#" and then the password, in this example I added "#Trip"
