2:39 can anyone teach me how he did the glitchy compressed effect at the time stamp? I am using the VSDC editor, does anyone also know what editor he uses?

Anyway, the principle. When video is stored there are keyframes and in-between frames. Keyframes are recorded fully and in-between frames are stored as difference to previous frame. When splicing two videos there's a keyframe at the start of second one as image changes a lot between two videos usually. If you delete that keyframe you'll get this kind of effect: moving parts of video 2 appear into last frame of video 1.
