Another thing you need to do is explain more about your previous work. Everyone on Earth already knows how to edit photos and videos; you however have had experience creating advertisements and know what clients are looking for. That is what you need to focus on with your resume. You need to be specific about what your jobs were, who they benefited, and how you were helpful to their projects. "Inserting and cutting parts of videos and sounds" makes me think of a 5th grader making an anime music video.
Were you creating videos from stock footage? Were people shooting footage and then handing it to you? Were you creating montages, narrative advertisements, or both? Do you know if the ads you made were ever visible to the public? These are questions everyone looking at your resume is going to wonder, because you aren't being specific enough.
